Delta single handle ball valve faucets are among the least troublesome to repair although the fact the valve is spring loaded can make.
Once you lift off the handle you ll see a cap and adjusting ring.

Turn the water supply back on by opening the shutoff valve under the sink counterclockwise all the way until it stops.
Then remove the faucet handle body and set it aside.
Use a screwdriver or allen wrench to remove the screw.
To access the delta faucet cartridge and seats springs you ll have to remove the faucet handle body.
Unscrew the stem unit nut with channel locks.
Again be careful not to overtighten.
